Experience the magic of Tulum at Satori, nestled in Region 15 just 6 minutes from the main avenue and 1 km into the jungle, providing the perfect blend of tranquility and easy access to the action. Only 3.5 km away, dive into the vibrant hotel zone, with its numerous beach clubs lining the stunning Caribbean coast. The route from Tulum Avenue offers convenient access to shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and a gas station. For a lively evening, the renowned Calle 7 in La Veleta, with its eclectic mix of restaurants, bars, and boutiques, is just a short trip away.

Arriving at Your Tulum Escape: We want your arrival to be as seamless as possible. You’ll find convenient parking available directly in front of the condo. If you are arriving by taxi or private transfer, you can be dropped off right at the entrance, where our team will be waiting to warmly welcome you and show you around.

Check-in: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Our staff will be available to greet you and hand over the keys in person.

After 6:00 PM: Check-in is done at the reception with the security guard. We will send all the instructions to access your accommodation.

Housekeeping:

Complimentary Housekeeping: Enjoy a free cleaning service every seven days of your stay. This includes tidying up the bathrooms and kitchen, making the beds, and cleaning the floors.

Extra Cleaning: If you’d like a more thorough cleaning or more frequent service, just let your concierge know. (Additional fees apply and are subject to availability).

Bedding & Towels:

Linen Changes: For stays longer than seven days, fresh linens and towels will be provided during your complimentary cleaning.

In-Unit Laundry: For your convenience, each unit has a washer and dryer. You can also request extra linen changes through your concierge for a small fee.

Electricity:

Power Supply Notes: Due to ongoing development in Tulum, occasional power outages may occur due to work by the CFE (Mexico's Federal Electricity Commission). These outages are sometimes announced in advance, but schedules can change. During the rainy and hurricane seasons, outages can be more frequent and last longer.

What We Provide: We have flashlights and rechargeable fans available for your use.

Electricity Usage: We’ll take a meter reading at check-in and check-out. Your reservation includes ___ kw/h per day. Usage beyond this will be charged at __ per kw/h.

Internet Access:

Wi-Fi Details: You’ll receive the Wi-Fi network name and password upon arrival.

Tech Support: Please contact your concierge if you experience any issues with the internet.

Possible Disruptions: Internet service may be affected during heavy rains and hurricanes.

Water:

Tap Water: The tap water is not suitable for drinking or cooking, but it’s perfectly safe for brushing your teeth and showering.

Waste Disposal:

Recycling & Trash: Each unit has separate bins for organic and inorganic waste.

Trash Removal: Our housekeeping staff will empty the trash during your complimentary cleanings. There are also larger bins available for guests outside the building.

Air Conditioning:

Optimal AC Use: The ideal setting for the mini-split AC units in this area is 24°C (75°F).

Maintenance Requests: Please report any issues with the AC immediately.

Responsible Use: Please turn off the AC/heating when you leave the unit.

Hot & Cold Water:

Faucet Operation: In Mexico, turning the tap to the right is for cold water, and turning it to the left is for hot water.

Hot Water Warm-Up: Please note that it may take a few minutes for the hot water to come through.

Your Well-being is Our Priority: At Satori, we value communication with our guests and look forward to meeting you. We will be available at the property from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to provide you with the best service. For your convenience, you can also contact us via phone call or text message. In case of an emergency outside of these hours, please contact any member of our staff or the security guard, who will be ready to assist you.

It is advisable to rent a car, or motorcycle for easy access to the beach and town. Bikes rented on site.

Tolle Unterkunft, die der Beschreibung entspricht. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war unkompliziert und die Antworten hilfreich und schnell. Lediglich die Lage war uns im Vornherein nicht ganz bewusst. Zum Erreichen des Strandes oder der Stadt benötigt man zumindest ein Fahrrad oder ein Fahrzeug, da man sonst über eine Stunde unterwegs wäre. Dafür ist die Umgebung der Unterkunft abgelegen und angenehm ruhig. Das Apartment ist wunderschön und sauber, sowie gut ausgestattet. Wir können die Unterkunft für alle empfehlen, die nach einem schönen Rückzugsort suchen und nicht allzu viel Wert darauf legen, innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig alles erreichen zu können.

The Airbnb was pretty and matched the photos. The complex was quiet, and the nighttime security was phenomenal. The team was responsive and helpful, sharing great local recommendations and even arranging grocery delivery. Having a washer and dryer was a nice bonus. However, the power went out often, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and there was a faint mildew smell. The property is remote with rough, unpaved roads — two taxi drivers even got minor cosmetic damage driving up. Coming back at night in a taxi felt really unsafe due to how dark and isolated the area is. The Airbnb address is also incorrect and took my taxi eight minutes away from the actual location. The “starter pack” of toilet paper wasn’t enough for a week’s stay, and being told to buy my own was off-putting, even though they later brought more. Despite a few positives, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

El lugar es muy lindo, la casa es tal cual las fotos. Desafortunadamente se nos complico la llegada por que no hay señal en la zona, fue difícil comunicarnos teníamos que regresar a la av principal para tener señal y peor habia un árbol pequeño obstruyendo la calle. Quieres desconectarte del mundo es el lugar perfecto. Pero si tienes que trabajar o tener señal es complicado.
