Arriving at Your Tulum Escape: We want your arrival to be as seamless as possible. You’ll find convenient parking available directly in front of the condo. If you are arriving by taxi or private transfer, you can be dropped off right at the entrance, where our team will be waiting to warmly welcome you and show you around. Check-in: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Our staff will be available to greet you and hand over the keys in person. After 6:00 PM: Check-in is done at the reception with the security guard. We will send all the instructions to access your accommodation. Housekeeping: Complimentary Housekeeping: Enjoy a free cleaning service every seven days of your stay. This includes tidying up the bathrooms and kitchen, making the beds, and cleaning the floors. Extra Cleaning: If you’d like a more thorough cleaning or more frequent service, just let your concierge know. (Additional fees apply and are subject to availability). Bedding & Towels: Linen Changes: For stays longer than seven days, fresh linens and towels will be provided during your complimentary cleaning. November 2025 4.50Luxury and Comfort Positive: The place was AMAZING. It got everything you could think of for you to use. Very well thought with guests needs in mind. Extremely clean and with a was super comfy king size bed! Super luxurious to be honest. The private pool was also quite big. Negative: Idk if it’s an issue in Tulum, but the water coming from the sink was saltish

October 2025 3.00The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures — spotless, stylish, and in perfect condition. The hosts were super kind and helpful at the beginning, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our arrival was a bit stressful: no one was there when we arrived, and the door code we received didn’t work. There were no other guests or staff around, and since the place is literally in the middle of nowhere, there’s nothing to do while waiting. We had no signal, but luckily reached the hosts via text — they were very sweet and helped us get in quickly. The Wi-Fi worked fine afterwards. The apartment itself is lovely, but the location felt very remote and isolated — with no cafés, shops, or real roads nearby. As a woman, I didn’t feel too comfortable once it got dark. Perfect if you’re looking for peace and total disconnection, but make sure to bring everything you need. We left after 20 minutes and booked another place. Sadly, the hosts never replied to our honest feedback.

September 2025 5.00Positive: Tutto!La posizione, l'appartamento, la pulizia. Sono appartamenti molto nuovi spaziosi e puliti, al loro interno c'è tutto! Bellissima e rilassante la piscina privata. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile! L'indirizzo corrisponde a quello indicato. Consiglio: impostate prima la mappa perché sulla strada non c'è linea. Ma raggiungerlo non è stato difficile. Noi ci spostavamo in macchina e lo abbiamo trovato molto comodo perché a metà strada tra centro e mare! Negative: Nulla!

September 2025 5.00Top Apartment mitten im Jungle. Wir liebten die Lage zwischen Strand und Tulum Town. Sehr modern und wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung. Gemütliches Bett. Der Balkon und das Pool sind ein tolles Plus dieses Apartments. Und die Dachterrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight. Große Empfehlung! Dieses Zimmer würden wir immer wieder buchen. Was wir uns gewünscht hätten wäre Öl zum Kochen und eventuell ein allgemeiner Trinkwasserspender. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

September 2025 5.00We loved Arturo's place. It's modern and very well equipped. The rooftop pool was a highlight too. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, pillows were comfortable and most importantly the place was so clean! Would definitely come back.
