Housekeeping:

Linen Changes: For stays longer than seven days, fresh linens and towels will be provided during your complimentary cleaning.

Power Supply Notes: Due to ongoing development in Tulum, occasional power outages may occur due to work by the CFE (Mexico's Federal Electricity Commission). These outages are sometimes announced in advance, but schedules can change. During the rainy and hurricane seasons, outages can be more frequent and last longer.

Air Conditioning:

Optimal AC Use: The ideal setting for the mini-split AC units in this area is 24°C (75°F).

Maintenance Requests: Please report any issues with the AC immediately.

Responsible Use: Please turn off the AC/heating when you leave the unit.

Hot & Cold Water:

Faucet Operation: In Mexico, turning the tap to the right is for cold water, and turning it to the left is for hot water.

Hot Water Warm-Up: Please note that it may take a few minutes for the hot water to come through.

We had a pristine stay! The unit and complex were aesthetically gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and super serene and private- exactly what this couple needed for our getaway. Location aside, the host and his team were responsive and helpful at all times. Frankie was incredible and even helped us find transportation and car services via Riderz Rentals. Carmen was super sweet and gracious! HIGHLY recommend this listing and host team!

Súper !!! Lugar súper bonito, para descansar , mucha privacidad , lo único es la distancia no si van taxis pero cobran mucho, es como para llevar cosas y ahí prepárate comida y alejarte de todo. La alberca súper rica ideal para parejas.

This place is absolutely amazing the pictures look so nice but yet still don’t do it justice very peaceful and relaxing I felt 100% safe they are super helpful with everything from food to transportation to planning the excursions. I will be telling everybody ikno and will be back because I shedded a few tears when leaving I didn’t want to go!! Thank you guys so much and if u needed conformation to stay in Tulum take it from me DO IT YOU WONT REGRET!!!!
