Arriving at Your Tulum Escape: We want your arrival to be as seamless as possible. You’ll find convenient parking available directly in front of the condo. If you are arriving by taxi or private transfer, you can be dropped off right at the entrance, where our team will be waiting to warmly welcome you and show you around. Check-in: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Our staff will be available to greet you and hand over the keys in person. After 6:00 PM: Check-in is done at the reception with the security guard. We will send all the instructions to access your accommodation. Housekeeping: Complimentary Housekeeping: Enjoy a free cleaning service every seven days of your stay. This includes tidying up the bathrooms and kitchen, making the beds, and cleaning the floors. Extra Cleaning: If you’d like a more thorough cleaning or more frequent service, just let your concierge know. (Additional fees apply and are subject to availability). Bedding & Towels: Linen Changes: For stays longer than seven days, fresh linens and towels will be provided during your complimentary cleaning. Hot & Cold Water: Faucet Operation: In Mexico, turning the tap to the right is for cold water, and turning it to the left is for hot water.
